Orders and Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and method of delivery. Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Should the item(s) you have ordered be out of stock, a customer service representative will contact you.  Please note on Canadian holidays shipping will be scheduled for the next business day.

Please contact us at info@puramed.ca should you require any changes to your shipping address.  We will do our best to accommodate any changes if made within a reasonable time period and items have not been delivered.

Once you order is shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please check your Junk or Spam folders if this email does not arrive to you in a timely manner, otherwise feel free to contact us at info@puramed.ca.

Please contact us at info@puramed.ca immediately should you require to make any changes to your order or address that were made in error.  We will do our best to make all corrections before your package is shipped.  However please note shipments are usually shipped 24 hours after your orders is placed.

Once payment has been processed we are not able to alter your order. If you forgot to add an item feel free to place a second order.  Along with the second order add a note indicating your first order number and to request shipping for both orders be made together.  We will do our best to ship the orders together but we cannot guarantee this. If you ordered something you did not intend to please send an email to info@puramed.ca as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns must be authorized by PuraMed prior to return within 30 days of the purchase date. The returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Marked, opened or dated product will not be accepted back for credit. In the event of a shipping discrepancy or damaged product, please contact PuraMed at info@puramed.ca within 48 hours of receipt of your order to receive a credit. 

In the event of a shipping discrepancy please contact PuraMed at info@puramed.ca with 48 hours of receipt of your order to receive a credit.  The items returned must be in their original condition and packaging.  

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@puramed.ca with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
